Get ready to fall in love at first bite; this Chocolate Caramel Cake is pure indulgence. Layers of rich, moist chocolate cake are smothered in silky caramel and a decadent chocolate fudge frosting. Perfect for celebrations, cravings, or just because, this cake proves that chocolate and caramel together are basically magic.

Ingredients:
Toffee Cake:
1 cup powdered milk (I used Nido)
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup oil
5 large eggs
170 grams of Nestle Table cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Toffee Frosting:
1 cup sugar
1 can table cream (Nestle)
Steps:
Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a brownie pan with butter.
In a saucepan whisk the powdered milk oil and baking powder, and cook over low - medium heat until it turns dark brown. Do not stop mixing as it will change color very fast and is very prone to burning.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all the other ingredients. Then carefully add the brown mixture in. Mix until well combined.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes.
When the cake has come out of the oven let it cool on the counter. In a clean saucepan add the sugar for the frosting.
Then add the cream. Do not melt the sugar before adding the cream as the sugar will harden due to the temperature difference. Once the cream has been added whisk together on low for 10 - 15 minutes or till fully combined.
Once mixed fully and a rich caramel color pour over your cake. Let cool again at room temperature or in the refrigerator and serve.
